General Process FAQ's


Q: How Long Does It Take To Complete New Websites?

A: From initial consultation to approval and completion normally takes around 14 days. The exact time will be communicated to you and will form part of the design contract.

Q: Do I Need to Buy A Domain Name and Hosting?

A: No, everything your new site requires is included in the cost of the Standard Website Package and is set up and managed by us. You do pick your own domain name if available.

Q: What Do I Get For My Money?


A: Please browse our comprehensive Standard Website Package sales package for details of everything included in the fee.

Q: What After Sales Support Do You Offer?

A: We are dedicated to supporting our customers with every requirement. We promise unlimited office-hours support to all customers for as long as they remain part of our client base.

Q: Can I Purchase a Standard Site Package and Host it Myself?

A: No. All sites we produce must be hosted on our servers

Q: Can I Move My Site to Another Host?

A: No. All sites we produce must be hosted on our servers. You do not own the software or pages of your site as specified in our contract.

 

Payments and Contracts FAQ's

 

Q: What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?


A: We accept (US: check Visa, Mastercard). There are no surcharges for any specific payment form, however please remember that we do not make your site "live" until payment has cleared.

 

Q: What is the Payment Schedule?

A: We require 50% of the total price in advance, at the time of contract signing. The balance is due on approval, but before your site goes "live". See also our Process description for more information.


Q: When Do I Pay Annual Maintenance Fees ?

A: The annual maintenance fee is only applicable for the second year of your association with us (the first year is included in the site fee). You will be invoiced approximately 11 months after your site goes live for payment of the second year's maintenance fee. This must be paid within 30 days of invoicing or you may risk losing your domain name. This is outlined in more depth in your website contract.

 

Your Website's Content FAQ's

 

Q: Who Writes the Text Content For My Website?

A: This depends. If you have existing company literature we will use that to select text for your website. If you do not have any such literature, we will work with you to develop suitable content. See also our guide: Good Content for Websites. Additional fees may apply if we are not provided with most of the text content for your website.


Q: Who Creates the Site Logo For My Website?

A: We will use your business logo as your site logo by scanning it from your company literature, or by using a digital copy if you have one. If you do not already have a business logo we can use, additional fees may apply for the creation of one.
